Tour through Rajasthan December 2016

We were met at Delhi airport by Vikkram, who was very friendly with good English. He was our driver throughout as we visited Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and Jodphur. Ganpat had recommended hotels and advised on a realistic itinerary for our 10 day tour. Everything worked like clockwork and we enjoyed meeting Ganpat and his family in Jaipur for a lovely hospitable meal in his own home. The places we visited and palaces we stayed in were stunning and with Vikkram's guiding hand we found our way round bazaars, went up to the hinterland of Jaipur to enjoy the most stunning views and explored the Monsoon Palace in Udaipur.
We were in Rajasthan over the Christmas period with our 24 year old daughter who had been backpacking round Australia. We had spent the previous Christmas with her in the Whitsundays, snorkelling and diving. Which did she prefer? India - no contest!
