BEST Tour Operator With A Personal Touch! With BEST Driver, Vikram!

My husband and I are still recovering from our memorable trip to India, thanks to Ganpat Prajapat (Incredible Tour to India) who arranged an excellent Car/Driver/Guide service for our Golden Triangle Tour (October 22 - November 10, 2017).
Truly Incredible!

I came across Ganpat’s Incredible Tour To India on the TripAdvisor forums. He replied promptly and efficiently to every query and question (there were lots!), I trusted him.

Everything went like clockwork, from the day we arrived in Delhi, even up to the last day when we must return home 5 days ahead of schedule due to Delhi’s smog problem.

The guides Ganpat provided were great. Not only were they well informed but they were also great photographers who knew the ‘secret’ places to take beautiful pictures. We really liked Rajesh in Delhi and Samsad in Fatehpur Sikri.

Going back to Ganpat, on our first evening in Jaipur, we had dinner at his newly purchased house. We met his beautiful wife Muni, who made delicious Rajasthani food, and his 4 lovely daughters. We enjoyed their hospitality.

Vikram was the driver assigned to us for our journey from Delhi to Agra, Jaipur, Pushkar, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Udaipur. He speaks good English, well groomed and had a clean air conditioned car.

On the 18th day of our tour, Vikram brought us to Udaipur airport to catch our domestic flights Udaipur/Delhi/Varanasi. From here, his driving service with us should end. Since we didn’t want to carry so much luggage on the local flights (we still had to go to Varanasi and Amritsar), we left 1 luggage and 1 small bag with him, on the condition that he’ll give them to us 5 days later, before we catch our flight back home to the Netherlands. He didn’t know our flight to Delhi was very delayed, that we missed the connection flight from Delhi to Varanasi. Reason: terrible air pollution and smog in Delhi.

That night, we called Ganpat from our Delhi hotel, told him we wanted to skip Varanasi and Amritsar, we wanted to get out of Delhi and come home as fast as we could, and if he could get hold of Vikram for our luggage. Ganpat assured us not to worry, we could rebook our flight back home, and get some rest.

Early the next morning, lo and behold, Vikram called us that he is already downstairs at the hotel lobby with our luggage! We couldn’t believe it! With very little rest, he drove another 5 hours just to help us!

Vikram once joked about driving in India. He said to survive, one needs 3 Gs: Good Horn, Good Break, and Good Luck!
He forgot to mention the 4th G! Great Driver, and that’s him! He’s the best driver and companion anyone could wish for! He always came on time, took good care of us, made us happy, and we felt safe with his driving skill.
